Ingredients

  • 150g Rolled Oats
  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 1tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1tsp Ground Ginger
  • 50g Soft Brown Sugar
  • 50g Agave Syrup
  • 100g Apple Sauce
  • 100g Grated Carrot
  • 25g Raisins
  • 25g Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 pieces of Goupie Original
  • 30g Icing Sugar
  • 2tsp Water

A fun take on oat and raisin cookies, soft and delicious!

Method

Combine oats, flour, cinnamon powder, ginger powder and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.

Mix well.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.

Form a ball for each cookie, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and press them flat.

Bake for 15 minutes at 175°c.

Take them out of the oven and let them cool before adding the icing.

Mix icing sugar and water in a small bowl and drizzle over the cookies.

Let the icing harden before enjoying.
