Ingredients
- 150g Fresh Dates
- 50g Cashews
- 50g Almonds
- 1/2tsps Chilli Powder
- 1/4tsps Liquorice Powder
- 1tsps Cocoa Powder
- 80g Chilli Goupie
- 2tbsps Coconut Oil
- 1tbsps Golden Syrup
- 1tbsps Cocoa Powder

Method
Add cashews and almonds to a food processor.
Blitz for a few seconds.
Add the dates, cayenne powder, chilli powder and 1tsp cocoa powder to the food processor and blitz till a sticky and uniform consistency is reached.
Chop up the Chilli Goupie and add them into the mixture.
Press the mixture down in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.
Spread this on top of the mixture.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Cut into 6 bars and enjoy.
