Our Dips & Dabs originally came about as a way to use up the excess chocolate when we were still hand-tempering.

Wed use whatever was leftover to hand-pipe discs or coat candied fruits.

Over the years, these products drew more and more demand until we eventually decided that they deserved a little more attention! Now you can find 15 different varieties on our website 😍
