Lemon Meringue
A fun take on a classic British pud, replacing tang with chocolate! A syrup base filled with toasted rice, candied lemon peel, marshmallows and lemon essential oil before being coated in a 55% Belgian chocolate and topped with a mini marshmallow.
Hand-made in Goudhurst, Kent. Each box contains 160g of Goupie (size of piece may vary as they are hand-cut) and is packaged in completely compostable packaging.

We hand-make all of our products to order and so we do not hold stock on site. Generally, we look to ship no later than 5 days after purchasing using Royal Mail 48hr delivery service.
During the summer months, we may use a 24hr service, or choose to delay shipment until the weather is cooler to maintain the quality of your goods!

Storage
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 12 oC and 18 oC. May be frozen. Best stored in a sealed container and consumed within three days of opening.
