Start by mixing the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
Blend dates and orange juice and add to the bowl with the applesauce.
Stir to combine.
Make eight small balls out of the dough.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Flatten the balls and make a dent in the middle of each cake.
Bake in the oven for 18 minutes at 180c.
Let the cakes cool.
Add 1 tbs of orange marmalade into the dents of each cake.
Add a few pieces of chopped orange Goupie on top of the marmalade.
Then melt the chocolate and pour some over each cake.
Top with some chopped orange Goupie and orange peel.
Let the chocolate harden and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container.
