  • 100g Dates

  • 2 Shots Water

  • 50g Ground Almonds

  • 2tbsps Mixed Seeds

  • 2tbsps Nut Butter

  • 80g 1/2 Box Date & Walnut Goupie (chopped)

  • 60g Walnuts (blitzed)

Date & Walnut Energy Balls (gluten free and vegan friendly)

We thought it was about time we looked at doing a gluten free recipe, so here it is! We’ve used our Date & Walnut Goupie as chocolatey chips for a nutty, energy bursting, ball of goodness. They’re ideal for a post-workout pick-me-up or a healthy treat for the lunchbox (though they usually don’t last past breakfast here!). Packed with natural seeds, nuts and dates, the Goupie chips are added to give these balls their devilishly moreish character. They’re gluten free, dairy free and completely vegan friendly. What You Do

Cook down the dates and water until a pulp.

Add all other ingredients (except the walnuts) and combine thoroughly.

Roll balls of the mix in blitzed walnuts. Refrigerate to cool and enjoy!
