Gluten Free Cherry & Almond Cookies Recipe
- 60g Ground Almonds
- 100g Gluten-Free Flour (use 100g self-raising flour and no xanthe powder if not gluten-free)
- 1/2tsps Xanthe Powder
- 2tsps Vanilla Essence
- 80g Sugar
- 50ml Sunflower Oil
- 50ml Almond Milk
- 100g Glace Cherries (diced)
- 1/2 Box Cherry & Almond Goupie (diced)

Mamma O’s been concocting some gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan friendly cookies that still taste devilishly naughty. They might not pass Paul’s high standards, but they won’t be sitting around long enough for him to try! Happy baking Goupie Groupies!
What You Do
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly, starting with the dry ingredients and adding the wet to them.
Use a teaspoon to dollop each cookie on a baking tray.
Bake on 180 oC for 20 mins, when they should be lovely and golden.
Leave to cool before removing from the tray (they will break if you don’t do this) and dig in!
