  • 2tbsps Black Treacle

  • 100g Soft Brown Sugar

  • 100g Ground Almonds

  • 100g Gluten-Free Flour

  • 3tbsps Baking Powder

  • 100g Prunes (chopped)

  • 200g Currents

  • 100g Boozy Christmas Goupie (chopped)

  • 1 Apple (grated)

  • 1 Carrot (grated)

  • 3tsps Mixed Spice

  • 1tsps Ground Ginger

  • 1tsps Cinnamon

  • 1/2tsps Nutmeg

  • 1/2tsps Salt

  • 1 Lemon (juice & rind)

‘Tis the season for Christmas Pudding, tra lalala lala la laaa! Ok, maybe we’re getting a little overexcited..but this vegan, gluten-free Christmas pudding is enough to get any Christmas lover a little giddy! Make one for yourself and see..Merry Christmas Goupie Groupies!

What You Do:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Pour into a pudding bowl and cover in foil. Steam over a pan of simmering water for 3-4 hours.

We served ours with Oatly’s Vanilla Custard mixed with a little Brandy, delish!
