- 140g Margarine
- 70g Caster Sugar
- 200g Plain Flour
- 180g English Lavender Goupie
Cream together the margarine and sugar.
Chop the Goupie into small chunks and combine all the ingredients together to form a dough.
Roll out on a floured surface until about 1cm thick, then cut into fingers.
Place fingers on a baking tray and prick with a fork.
Bake for 15 mins at 190 oC. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with caster sugar and you’re done!
