1. Blitz up the Goupie, cinnamon, and nut butter until a thick paste is formed.
2. Spread evenly across the rolled sheet of puff pastry.
3. Roll the sheet (short side first) into a tight roll. Cut off each end of pastry.
4. Measure the remaining roll and cut into 8 even slices.
5. Place one roll in the middle with the others circling around it.
6. Brush entire piece with marmalade.
7. Bake at 180 oC for around 20 minutes (until golden).
8. Dust with icing sugar and serve!
