  • 7g Dry Active Yeast

  • 250ml Almond Milk

  • 120g Caster Sugar

  • 100g Margarine (melted)

  • 550g Plain Flour

  • 2tsps Baking Powder

  • 2tsps Vanilla Essence

  • 1 Orange (zest and juice)

  • 1 Lemon (zest)

  • 180g Taste of Christmas Goupie

Method

Here are Goupie HQ, we love a festive recipe! We also love to bring in traditions from around the world, and so this year, we've created an ultra-special recipe using our Taste of Christmas Goupie. Introducing our mini vegan panettones! They're super easy to make and look absolutely adorable..let us know what you think!

What You Do

Warm the almond milk and add yeast and sugar to it. Leave for around 5 minutes until it starts to froth.

Add the rest of the ingredients and knead for 10-15 minutes. Leave to rise for around 2 hours.

Knead the dough again for 5 minutes, and then separate into 10 mini panettone cases. Leave these to rise for at least a further hour.

Bake the panettones on 160 oC for 25-30 minutes. They should rise to just above the cases with a light golden brown top.
