Mint Chocolate Granola
- 200g Rolled Oats
- 20g Cocoa Powder
- 2tbsps Coconut Oil
- 50g Maple Strup
- 1tsps Mint Extract
- 10ml Coconut Flakes
- 80g Mint Goupie
Preheat the oven to 175C.
Mix all the ingredients, except the coconut and Goupie, together in a large bowl.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spread the granola mixture evenly out on the baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take the granola out and let it cool completely.
Chop Goupie chocolates into smaller pieces and and it to the granola along with the coconut.
Place the granola in an airtight container to keep for later!
