1. Cream together the sugar and margarine until smooth
2. Mix the water and corn flour together and add with the vanilla essence.
3. Combine the rest of the dry ingredients, excluding the chocolate, until you have a firm paste.
4. Cut the Goupie and white chocolate into chunks and add to the mix.
5. Form dough into smallish balls and add to a non-stick baking tray. Press your balls with your thumb to form round cookies.
6. Bake on 180 oC for 10-12 minutes.
