  • 70g Dark Brown Sugar

  • 130g Caster Sugar

  • 110g Margarine

  • 1tsps Vanilla Extract

  • 1tbsps Corn Flour

  • 1tbsps Water

  • 1/2tsps Baking Powder

  • 1/2tsps Bicarbonate of Soda

  • 3tbsps Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2tsps Salt

  • 180g Plain Flour

  • 80g Sesame Butter Goupie

  • 80g Vegan White Chocolate

Shop Ingredients


1. Cream together the sugar and margarine until smooth

2. Mix the water and corn flour together and add with the vanilla essence.

3. Combine the rest of the dry ingredients, excluding the chocolate, until you have a firm paste.

4. Cut the Goupie and white chocolate into chunks and add to the mix.

5. Form dough into smallish balls and add to a non-stick baking tray. Press your balls with your thumb to form round cookies.

6. Bake on 180 oC for 10-12 minutes.
