Salted Toffee Nut Butter Fudge

Prep Time


  • 200g Smooth & Runny Nut Butter

  • 3-4tbsps Maple Syrup

  • 1tbsps Coconut Oil (melted)

  • 3units Dried Dates

  • 2 units Salted Sticky Toffee Goupie

  • 1/2tsps Salt

Shop Ingredients


Mix nut butter, syrup, and coconut oil in a bowl.

Chop dates and goupie into smaller pieces.

Add the dates and goupie pieces to the fudge mixture.

Pour the mixture into a container lined with parchment paper.

Lightly sprinkle the fudge with salt.

Freeze for a few hours before cutting into 22 squares.

Store fudge in a container in the freezer
