We mix whole chunks of crystallised stem ginger with ground ginger and our original Goupie base, before casing the whole lot in a 54% Belgian chocolate and finishing it off with a fleck of ginger. Imagine the lovechild of a brownie and a ginger nut and you’re just about there! To fully enjoy this flavour, get all your weird and wonderful loved ones together, mix up a pitcher of mojito and chow down.

Each box contains 180g of Goupie pieces fully enrobed in chocolate. The number and size of pieces may vary as they are hand-cut.
