Once you've nabbed yourself a Goupie Hot Chocolate tin, you can use our refill bags to refill it whenever you run out! They're compostable bags, so you can feel happy that you're creating as little waste as possible!

We hand-make all of our products to order and so we do not hold stock of all products. Generally, we look to ship no later than 5 days after purchasing using DPD 24hr delivery. Once you get the email letting you know your order has been shipped, you should receive it the next day.

During the summer months, we may choose to delay shipment until the weather is cooler to maintain the quality of your goods!

If you are in desperate need of your Goupie goodies, please do email us at hello@goupie.co.uk and we will see what we can do!

For full delivery details, see our e-commerce policy.
