  • 150g Fresh Dates

  • 50g Cashews

  • 50g Almonds

  • 1/2tsps Chilli Powder

  • 1/4tsps Liquorice Powder

  • 1tsps Cocoa Powder

  • 80g Chilli Goupie

  • 2tbsps Coconut Oil

  • 1tbsps Golden Syrup

  • 1tbsps Cocoa Powder

Shop Ingredients


Add cashews and almonds to a food processor.

Blitz for a few seconds.

Add the dates, cayenne powder, chilli powder and 1tsp cocoa powder to the food processor and blitz till a sticky and uniform consistency is reached.

Chop up the Chilli Goupie and add them into the mixture.

Press the mixture down in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.

Spread this on top of the mixture.

Freeze for 1 hour.

Cut into 6 bars and enjoy.
